Government Intervention on Cooperative Development in Poor Areas of Rural China: A Case Study of XM Beekeeping Cooperative in Sichuan

The relationship between government intervention and cooperative development has always been a source of controversy in the developing world. This paper aims to examine rationale successful conditions promote poor areas rural China. In context “targeted poverty alleviation” program (2015–2020), government-led campaign covering all poverty-stricken villages west China, was listed by central as criterion for evaluating at county level. Accordingly, questions this are: why is necessary initiate process China; under what can be successful, leading sustainable development?
